As you know, our nation is seemingly being torn apart by unending political battles and racial division. Many of us are wondering if there is something that can unite us during such a difficult time. As always, God provides the answer – love.

Not the "love" so prevalent in our culture that is so easily abandoned when disagreements arise. 

No, we are talking about the sacrificial, put-the-other-first approach to love we find embodied in Christ... true Biblical love as spelled out in verses like 1 Corinthians 13. You know it well – "Love is patient and kind…. Love keeps no record of wrongs…” In short, what the world needs now is what it has always needed...love.
